Access or file problems

If you cannot access your purchase, a download is corrupted, or a material file included in the product description is missing, contact us within 30 days. We will work to restore access, replace the file, or issue a refund when the problem cannot be corrected.

Not the right fit

If the kit is not a fit for your business, contact us within 30 days of purchase with the order email and a short explanation. Refund requests are reviewed individually for digital products, and we will respond promptly.
