What we provide

Plainspoken Ops provides downloadable templates, calculators, checklists, prompts, and related business-planning tools for small service businesses. Product descriptions, pricing, and included files are shown on the checkout page and may be updated for future releases.

Your use of the kit

Your purchase gives you a license to use the kit for one business. You may customize the files for your own operations. Do not resell, redistribute, publish, or repackage the files as someone else’s product.

Business decisions

The tools are designed to help you organize information and think through estimates, margins, follow-up, and closeout. They are not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, engineering, or code-compliance advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and making decisions appropriate to your business, customers, contracts, and local requirements.
